He told me the options I have available, advised me of the pros and cons of each, and did so honestly. The whole issue was fixed in less than 24 hours, for a fraction of the cost that other people were quoting. Highly recommend the guys. Update to my review: It turned out that the part that was replaced was faulty with a manufacturing defect internally (even though it was brand new), which happens and is no one’s fault. Vijay came through the same day I called, replaced the part - cost free and resolved the issue. Really impressed with Heatflow! Definitely our go-to from now on for such issues in the future.

Jo SamuelsI have called VJ on a number of occasions. In fact the last time he rectified a problem that another company, Pimlico Plumbers had been incompetent at solving. A simple toilet blockage. I had called them out twice. After being totally disappointed by their work. I called Heatflow Plumbing and Gas. VJ is polite, proficient and hard working. He knows his trade. He arrived with his equipment asked what the problem was and completed the task at hand. And to this day my toilet it hasn’t blocked up again. I would definitely recommend him.

The broken fan was removed, replacement bought & installed quickly & cleanly. The Magclean was dirty too so that got a clean, and the loose toilet seat put right. All in about 3 hours including an hour to fetch the part. Labour charge £200 ...other plumbers I called quoted £80 per HALF hour!! Terrific service, and HONEST. I could've been blinded with science and charged for more, I wouldnt have known any different. So, yes, I thoroughly recommend & Heatflow will be my go to plumber in future; 14 years experience & upto date. 10 out of 10.
