Emergency call-outs:
A call-out charge applies to all emergency jobs, starting from £59.00 to £89.00, depending on the time and location.
Parking & congestion charges:
Any parking fees and congestion charges are not included and will be charged separately where applicable.
Same-day emergency jobs:
All emergency jobs requested on the same day will be subject to a call-out charge.
Late Payments for parking fees and congestion charges:
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to apply interest and additional charges as follows:
Late Payment Interest:
Any overdue amount shall accrue interest at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily from the payment due date until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Legal and Debt Recovery Costs:
Where an amount remains overdue, we reserve the right to instruct Clear Path Collections or another appropriate debt recovery service to recover the outstanding balance. The client shall be responsible for any reasonable costs and expenses incurred in recovering overdue amounts, including applicable court fees, solicitor’s fees, and debt collection charges.
